Starter and Professional are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. The Scaling plan comes with an annual contract (for the lower price). After that, it can be renewed monthly. We earn your business because you're satisfied – not because you're locked in.
In Professional and Scaling plans, there are no conversation limits. In the Starter plan at 500 conversations/month, we'll notify you in time. You can upgrade or purchase add-ons anytime – no data loss or service interruption.
We don't offer an automatic trial phase, but instead a free 30-minute strategy call where we analyze your business and show you what's actually possible. That way you know before you buy whether it's a fit.
We accept SEPA bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and invoice payment (from Professional plan onwards). Billing is monthly or annual, depending on your chosen billing period.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades activate immediately – you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date. All your data, chatbots, and automations remain intact.
